Fabric Study: UVX40 XPAC
We love experimenting with new fabrics and applications––check out these recent versions of our Seat Bag ALL MOUNTAIN and Pilot Bar Bag in Dimension-Polyant UVX40 XPAC. UVX40 is an incredibly tough, highly tear-resistant and abrasion-resistant fabric, made of four laminated layers of material:
- 40% Ultra-PE / 60% polyester ripstop
- Post-consumer recycled polyester X-Ply (subtle diamond grid pattern)
- 0.25 mil polyester film
- 50 denier polyester taffeta
UVX40 is waterproof and extremely durable for heavy daily use. This fabric is made in Connecticut, USA in a climate neutral factory powered by 100% renewable energy.
