FULL TIME PRODUCTION STITCHER

August 2025

OPEN POSITION:

We are seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator/Production Stitcher to join our production team, full time. 

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in sewn products manufacturing, in a high volume production setting.

We run industrial single needle, cylinder arm and walking foot Juki’s,  precision cutting equipment and make bags in our sunny storefront in Berkeley, CA. We specialize in high performance, water resistant, heavy materials: Cordura, XPAC, and waxed canvas.

REQUIREMENTS:

We look for the following in potential candidates:

• An understanding of machinery & materials
• Fine motor skills
• A strong attention to detail
• Self sufficiency
• Reliability
• 2 years Experience with industrial sewing machines and sewn products manufacturing.

SCHEDULE: 

Full Time
We operate 7 days a week, 10am-6pm and can build your schedule accordingly.
