Detach the buckles, and clip the shoulder strap, and It can be worn as a messenger/duffel bag. A simple roll-top closure keeps cargo dry and allows easy access. A small zippered pocket doubles as the roll-top closure, can hold your U-lock and keys, plus a clear pocket* to put your treasure map or Andy Schleck photos for inspiration.
